Please do not send us full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, passwords or banking login credentials.

We do not need your permission to send essential messages about a transaction or enquiry you have initiated where such communication is otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out of optional promotional communications at any time.
The Company proposes to apply for provisional registration and approval under Sections 332 and 354 of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (corresponding to Sections 12A/12AB and 80G of the erstwhile 1961 Act) in Form No. 104, and shall issue a Certificate of Donation in Form No. 114 (erstwhile Form 10BE) to every donor in respect of donations received.
Issuance of the statutory certificate is subject to the applicable registration or approval being granted, the relevant donation being eligible and the required donation statement being filed. The proposed application does not itself confer tax-deduction eligibility.
4. Payment information and service providers
When you make a donation through Razorpay, payment details are processed by Razorpay and the relevant banks, payment networks or other payment partners. They handle payment information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We receive the transaction information needed to confirm and administer your donation. We do not ask you to provide your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password to Godson Foundation.
We may use service providers for website hosting, website forms, email, payment processing, security and analytics where enabled. They may process relevant information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Photographs, stories and public updates
A donation does not automatically give us permission to publish your name, contact details or personal donation information.
We aim to handle photographs and stories involving people and communities we support with appropriate permission, dignity and care. We take particular care when content involves children or other vulnerable individuals.
