2. Our purpose
Godson Foundation works to support people, children, families, women and street animals through activities such as meals, child nutrition, ration kits, menstrual-care essentials and other welfare initiatives described on our website.
Website information is provided to explain our work, causes, campaigns and ways to participate. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but programmes and activities may change as community needs, supply availability and operating circumstances change.
3. Donations and use of funds
All donations are voluntary contributions. A donation is not a purchase of goods or services and does not provide a financial return or personal benefit to the donor.
You can select from the causes and suggested amounts displayed on our website. Descriptions and amounts explain the support a contribution is intended to help provide; actual costs and outcomes may vary. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise, a contribution does not guarantee a particular outcome for a specific individual or animal.
We make reasonable efforts to apply contributions to the selected cause. If that becomes impractical or the need has been met, funds may be applied to a closely related welfare activity consistent with the donor’s intended purpose. Contributions may also cover reasonable costs necessary to carry out and administer our programmes.
4. Payments and transaction confirmation
Online payments are processed through the payment provider displayed at checkout. Where Razorpay is used, payment processing is also subject to the applicable terms of Razorpay and its banking and payment partners.
A payment is considered successful only when its status is confirmed by the payment system. If a payment is pending, please check its status before attempting another payment, to reduce the risk of duplicate charges.
Please do not share your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, password or banking login details with anyone claiming to represent Godson Foundation. We will not ask you to disclose these credentials.
Payment delays, failed transactions and reversals may depend on the payment provider or your bank. If you need assistance, contact us at hello@godsonfoundationindia.org.
5. Refunds and recurring payments
Refund requests are handled according to our Donation & Refund Policy, available on this website. Please read that policy before making a contribution.
If recurring donations are offered, cancellation instructions will be provided with the relevant payment option. Cancelling a recurring payment stops future debits once the cancellation is processed; it does not automatically refund previous successful donations.
6. Receipts and tax benefits
We may provide a donation confirmation or receipt for a successful payment. A receipt does not, by itself, establish eligibility for a tax deduction.
Godson Foundation will represent a donation as eligible for a tax benefit only where the required approval is in force and the claim is legally supported. Donors should not assume that every contribution qualifies for a tax deduction.
7. Website content, photographs and impact information
We aim to present our activities, photographs, stories and impact information honestly. Photographs may illustrate our work but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every donation will produce an identical outcome.
We may update website content, campaign information, suggested contribution amounts or programme details as circumstances change. We will not intentionally present unverified information as confirmed impact.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false information or use it for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities.
Website content, including text, logos, designs, photographs and other materials, may not be copied, modified or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Our website may link to third-party websites or use external services, including payment services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Godson Foundation does not control every aspect of an external service, but we will assist with donation-related questions that fall within our responsibility.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Nothing in these terms removes any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
